AND Master’s or higher degree in Urban Infrastructure Planning and Designing, Civil Engineering, or related field, preferably from a foreign reputable university. Higher degree will be preferred. | Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Urban Infrastructure projects, designing and managing municipal infrastructure projects. |
| 02. | Specialist Infrastructure (01) | Masters or higher from a recognized university in Urban Infrastructure Planning and Designing from a reputable university. Higher degree will be preferred. | Minimum 8 years of experience in Urban Infrastructure projects, designing and managing municipal infrastructure projects. |
| 03. | Specialist Housing (01) | BSc. in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning or Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch) or related fields from a reputable and HEC recognized university AND Master’s or higher degree in Urban Planning/ Town Planning/ City & Regional Planning, Housing or Architecture preferably from a foreign reputable university. Higher degree will be preferred. | Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in housing and/or architecture related projects in the public or private sector Additional experience in green and sustainable architecture design and urban planning will be preferred. |
| 04. | Specialist Procurement (01) | Master’s or higher degree in Procurements and Contract Management/ Business Administration/ Finance/ Law/ Accounts or a related field from reputable and HEC recognized universities. Additional professional certifications in procurement, supply chain management, contract management will be preferred. | Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain management or contract management in the public or private sector. Relevant experience in public sector and/or donor-funded programs and projects will be desirable. |
| 05. | Specialist Communications and Outreach (01) | Master’s or higher degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or any other relevant fields in social sciences preferably from foreign reputable university. Higher degree will be preferred. | Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in developing outreach materials, including graphics and design software, website development, and developing social media campaigns. |
| 06. | Senior Research Analyst Environment (01) | Masters or higher degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental sciences, or related field preferably from a foreign reputable university. Higher degree will be preferred. | Minimum 3 years’ experience in public works projects and/or development projects and/or emergency assistance and/or social development is required. |
| 07. | Senior Research Analyst Social Development (01) | Masters or higher degree in Sociology/ Anthropology/ Development Studies or Political Science, or related field preferably from a foreign reputable university. Higher degree will be preferred. | Minimum 3 years’ experience in public works projects and/or development projects and/or social development is required. |
| 08. | Senior Research Analyst IT (01) | Bachelor’s, Master’s or higher degree in Computer Sciences, IT, GIS, MIS, Software Engineering, and relevant disciplines from an HEC recognized and reputable university. Master’s degree or higher from a foreign reputable university will be preferred. | Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the relevant industry including development and management of Management Information Systems. |
| 09. | Assistant Manager Accounts (01) | Bachelor’s or higher degree in accounting preferably from a foreign reputable university. Higher degree will be preferred. | Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Auditing and Finance. |
| 10. | Assistant Manager Admin (01) | Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration/ Public Administration. A higher degree will be preferred. | Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Admin. |
| 11. | Drivers (04) | Minimum Middle. | 02 year of relevant experience and holder of a valid driver’s license for the type of vehicle to be driven. |
