Job Expectation:
- Management of accounting and financial systems, annual audits and other financial records and procedure.
- Making of Financial Statements and their distribution in a timely manner.
- Financial record keeping with accuracy and in line with standard accounting practices.
- Maintain accounts payable and process all payments, including scheduling, check request approvals, and distribution.
- Maintain banking records including monthly reconciliation.
- Generating reports, reviews and analyses of financial results at the Business Unit level.
- Liaison with Government officials / departments for the reconciliation of invoices / payments and for their smooth processing & approval from the competent authorities.
- Preparation of the overtime and mileage as per overtime hours worked by operational staff and process with Pay Sec for payment after Pre-Audit.
- Developing forms and instructions for the annual budget process.
- Providing information to in-house and external auditors.
- Assist in communicating with freight processing vendor to simplify and ensure correct coding is current to the business unit’s needs.
- Reconciling and analyzing accounts.
- Completing month-end-close processes.
- Assisting lower-level Accounting Staff members, to include reviewing and approving work, answering questions etc.
- Assigns and evaluates work; ensures compliance with policies and procedures; provides professional advice, technical guidance and direction to staff.
