Job Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Director, Career Services and Alumni Relations in devising plan for formation of KSBL Alumni Association and its bodies.
- Engaging KSBL relevant offices and Alumni Association in designing the Program
- Developing indicators and assessing the impact of programs and activities
- Securing alumni commitments of interest and benefit to the current students and the KSBL in general in the light of the KSBL Alumni Association Charter and shall work closely with the KSBL Alumni Association in realizing those commitments.
- Organize alumni reunion in consultation with the campus management and make the required arrangements to conduct it.
- Creating communication platforms/tools that include but not limited to Alumni website, Facebook Groups, Instagram, YouTube Chanel, Newsletters etc.
- Developing strategies, tools and methods of collecting alumni success data and impact stories
- Working with IT team for creating required IT platforms
- Managing Alumni cards, campus access and other memberships
- Executing fair and transparent elections of the Executive Committees upon completion of its tenure as provided in the KSBL Alumni Association Charter.
